1. To assist in the spiritual growth of Filipinos and Filipino-Americans (in the Diocese of Orange) in order to deepen their faith;

2. To provide resources to enrich the faith, culture and traditions of Filipinos and Filipino-Americans, especially those residing in the Diocese of Orange;

3. To reach out to the Filipino-American youth and young adults who want to learn about their Filipino culture, heritage and traditions;

4. To reach out to those Filipinos who are not involved as they would like to be in other church ministries.
